In-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items (marked on the product page) take 5–10 business days before they ship. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
We ship internationally on request. Write to hello@adevariox.com with your address and the items you want, and we will quote the exact carrier cost. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Once a parcel is scanned by the carrier it is in their hands, but the problem is still ours to solve. If tracking has not moved for seven days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us with photos and your order number and we will either replace the item or refund it.
We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before the label is printed. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
